Named for her son Lorenzo, Barbara Manfredi has produced here a truly unique Nocelara Del Belice EVOO. A unique Sicilian olive variety, nocellara are a rather large olive endemic to south western Sicily. Buttery and spicy, Barbara carefully pits these olives in a way that removes the stone without damaging the flesh of the olive, it is then pressed at extremely low temperatures. Producing this fantastically spicy and rich EVOO. A wonderful drizzle or table oil.
