This organic, Sicillian extra virgin shows tremendous character. Grown 450 meters above sea level at the crest of the Monti Iblei Mountains, it shows verdant herbaceousness with hints of thistle. It is incredibly robust in true sense despite it's dignified and opulent flavours, being just as good of a table oil as it is a finishing oil.
